1) The company Jaroslav Rychtecký, with its registered office at Větrná 108, Svinaře-Halouny, 26727, Czech Republic ID No. 71774033, (hereinafter referred to as the "seller" or "data controller") processes, in accordance with the Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), the following personal data:
- first name, last name
- email address
- phone number
- address/registered office
2) The above-mentioned personal data must be processed for the fulfillment of orders and other obligations arising from the contract, if a purchase agreement is concluded between you and the seller. Such processing of personal data is permitted under Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation – processing is necessary for the performance of the contract.
The seller also processes these data for the purpose of keeping a record of the contract and for the potential future assertion and defense of the rights and obligations of the contracting parties. The retention and processing of personal data for the above-mentioned purpose is for a period of 10 years from the completion of the last part of the performance under the contract, unless another legal regulation requires the retention of the contractual documentation for a longer period. Such processing is based on Article 6(1)(c) and (f) of the Regulation – processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation and for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the data controller.
3) News and other commercial communications may be sent to the buyer's email address or phone number. This practice is permitted under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Information Society Services, unless the buyer opts out. These communications can be unsubscribed from at any time by any method – for example, by sending an email or clicking on a link in the commercial communication.
4) Personal data is processed by Jaroslav Rychtecký, the data controller. The personal data for this controller is also processed by the following processors:
The service provider Eshop-rychle, operated by Golemos s.r.o., with its registered office at Zátkovo nábřeží 448/73, 370 01, České Budějovice, Czech Republic.
Personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU.
